This little girl was born blind caused by a birth defect in her brain. As she grew up it was discovered she had autism and was non-verbal. A few years later she was diagnosed with a potentially life-threatening condition called adrenal insufficiency that must be monitored daily. Her name is Kayla. She is our daughter.

In the past 16 years of Kayla's life, she has taught us many things about values. She has taught us that every one is different and has different needs. She has taught us patience. She has taught us to listen. She has taught us sensitivity and understanding. She also taught us to enjoy life and have fun and always remember to smile. But most of all she has taught us that life is precious. Because of what we've learned from Kayla, we understand the importance of making every photographic session personalized to our client's specific needs.
